It's been awhile since i've last been in Korea, but have the standards for Child Protection Laws dropped while i wasn't looking, or was it always this lax?

Maybe i'm getting used to the Western Laws, where looking at a kid aged below 18 weirdly would constitute an Children Abuse case.

How much we have come since then, from single transistors on a plate to a chip with 1.4 Billion Transistors in a package the size of a postage stamp, with each transistor only 55nm across(The Nvidia GT200 chips). Not to mention the Intel Nehalem based chips.. they are planning on 32nm parts by the end of this year O.O
