Yea some mod tried to giveaway invites on the senior only forum... but something happened and this mod said some nasty stuff publicly. He decided to step down, and then a few hrs later another mod stepped down.

Interesting.

Funny thing is, they seemed to have some major respect among the community members, considering how many threads there are saying it was a shame the two left.
By the sounds of it, they seemed to be one of the earliest members on these forums?

Well i do Engineering in Uni and most of my Friends do some sort of Law Degree, We live on needless and pointless arguments for most of our lives

Just to keep you guys updated. The mood on this forum is very tense at the moment. In addition to the previously mentioned leaving of 2 mods, another ex-mod has left the forum and has created a wave of discomfort amongst many users. Including me. He has stated that the male members of this forum are chauvinistic and sexist. I was quite angry at this statement.

Also, the boss of this forum is looking for new moderators and news writers. However, the only unfortunate news for you guys is that fluent Korean language is a must.

hmm i should go hang around the other sections a lot more, i always seem to miss the drama.

I believe there is no english version of rules and FAQ. but it's no different to other forums. Just ask any one of us anything you're unsure of :)

Sonanta: I understand what this user was getting at. There are several posts a week where a few members just flame women in the threads (maybe over a picture). However this ex-mod made a generalisation that all men in this forum are like perverts or something like that. Also he kept mentioning how new Bittalk members brought down the integrity of this forum. It is true that there are several new members who just go overboard on this forum, but there is no need to make a distinction between new members and seasoned members.

Well considering they were the mod, isn't it their job anyway to be deleting those kind of posts that he obviously thought weren't suitable for the forums

But it is true to be an extent, i've seen a lot of pointless posts elsewhere in the forums, purely to get enough posts to go request something in the invites forums.

Either way if the mods not doing their job and getting annoyed about, then it's purely their fault for the forum getting into this mess in the first place, or do they expect the more seasoned members to be the ones doing their jobs.
