1000cc bike in S-Korea with a suspended license.....that just sounds like an accident waiting to happen.....

Kinda sounds like he might have been speeding as well..... which is why i'm guessing he got his license suspended in the first place.....

I hope that we don't see anymore Bike accidents on the news anymore, we've lost a lot of talented people through bikes over the years

Well, quite frankly, that was very stupid of him. Yes, it was likely he was speeding, and he seems to be almost definitely at fault in this accident.

What a shame, abiding the law and not driving under a suspended license (as said previously, probably for suspended for good/similar reason), could have saved his life.

"bike heaven" ya sure why not...pretty much a heaven for any means of transportation u can think of lol..sometimes the roads are so crowded it seems that no one is moving anyway! :D

a parked truck! seems he really lost control over the motorcycle...but that is horrible...alot of ppl try to take precautions or drive when it is not crowded or on certain roads or whatever but accidents do happen...
to be honest yes driving with ur license suspended isn't a very good idea..but a lot of ppl do it....
it may have something to do with the fear factor .. or "fun vs safety" as many feel confident enough or think they are safe...

anyway it is very sad when something like that happens...something that changes everything and in less than a second ... and to think what a person may feel in those last seconds...i won't say it makes me realise how fragile life is ... but how life is out of control sometimes it is overwhelming

I guess riding a bike must have given him a thrill, a sudden feeling of being away from all the burdens on his shoulder and of great excitement, pleasure, fear.
and getting the feel of a thrill was just like that he was on drugs or something like that.
as soon as he moved his foot in that direction, the reasonable act of escaping from that situation was not any more in the cards......he has no-one but himself to blame for having dealt with his life lightly and recklessly .......

yes that moment when a person realizes there is nothing to be done...that must be devastating...

but aren't u a bit harsh i mean yes he could have made a wrong choice in a way..but usually ppl have reasons for what they do... sometimes making the right choice isn't a simple task...
and not many ppl face such severe consequence of their actions ... so making the right choice isn't the only factor ... some call it luck or fate or whatever...like i said it just makes me feel that life isn't controllable ..but it is certainly something to learn from and think deeply about...

yeah.....even though our decision on whether we can choose a right thing or not appears to be independent, our actions are controlled or overcome by more powerful extrinsic factors.
just like a puppet you can move by pulling strings which are attached to it. extrinsic factors is so strong or such a strong effect that we can not think clearly. sometimes, finding a way not to be overwhelmed by them is beyond the reach of ordinary ppl. so, that is why some ppl go to church and spend lots of time praying......

now, i don't want to delve into a bit much deeper philosophy trying to discover what extrinsic factors are.
but, one thing is crystal clear.... in every day of our lives, we need to have a philosophy, how to live or how to deal with a particular situation then.
the thing is....our actions should be treated with decorum and responsibility throughout our lives.

Anyone considering upgrading to Windows 7 once it comes out?

Now that the prices are out they don't seem too bad

However it looks like Europe is getting shafted, No Upgrade option because of the no Internet Explorer rule set by European Commission. so the only choice they have is to get the full version for full price after the pre-order period.

I really hope the Asia-Pacific region isn't being hit with this as well.....

Also anyone seen the efforts by the Aust Government for censorship? Hearing them talk about net censorship and how it will save the children, by having a non-transparent agency block sites and content at their leisure........why can't this country get a technologically able leader in charge for a change (Our last Minister for Communication didn't even like computers T.T, The one before didn't even have one T.T)

Window 7 as Im look at it right now it looks really great here is the official web page its in English

As far as I can see right now they updated Windows just a little nothing to extreme Im currently
using the latest Window the Vista version and its really nice and organize but looking at the features
in Window 7 in the link above its really more updated I really would not mind getting a upgrade

Yeah Windows 7 is definitely a nice improvement over Vista, i had a chance to use the beta and RC versions and i would consider the upgrade if they offer the Upgrade box here in Australia. If they only offer the full version here, like in Europe then i would definately consider otherwise.

It's Nice, but not $300 nice.... Microsoft! i want the upgrade package in Aus!

ye i need to upgrade to 64bit cause i bought extra 2G ram recently, but then i have to format my vista, so i'd rather wait til windows 7 64bit comes out

All of the Windows 7 retail packages (and upgrades) come with both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions.

I've been using Windows 7 since build 7000 (late december) so if anybody has any questions, I would be happy to answer them.

I'm pretty sure that you will be able to purchase the upgrade, just not now during the half off limited sale. So you're looking at 200 for Professional or 100 for Home Premium, I do believe. 300 is the retail price for the full version of Professional.

yeah that's probably true, i'm just worried that Aus might follow the EU commission and not allow IE, which would mean No upgrade package.

Either way i would still end up upgrading to Win7 eventually, just depends on when and what version (Considered Ultimate for awhile, then i realized my Vista Ultimate version got none of the benefits MS said there will be during launch -.-")

^They've already said that 7 Ultimate will have no "advantages" like the Vista Ultimate was supposed to. You can see a detailed feature comparison here:

^Depends on what codecs you are converting to and from. Cinema forge was always very simple to use. Megui+avisynth is free, incredibly able, but not easy for beginners.

What are you trying to convert, Princess?

Just some old project videos from school also video camera footage I just
want to convert them to have good quality in both video and audio but the
convert Im using is not really giving what I want well... its really HD quality
when I convert but audio is really really bad and the program im using is
called 'SUPER'

Or maybe its just the audio configuration Im putting is not High Quality does
anyone know how the audio config settings should be? If this was the problem
sorry tech stuff is not really my thing X.X

Try out cinema forge. If it's old video camera footage, it's probably not in any new advanced codec so cinema forge would work fine.

Thank you Oppa for the suggestion but I was playing with the converter that I currently
have and their was this hidden section that had a small button that lead me to the quality
volume to change the quality so now Im okay heh sorry for the bothersome Oppa
