Has anyone tried 등촌 칼국수?
It's a non-seafood 칼국수 (hand-made flat noodles?)
that comes in a semi-spicy, red soup with lots of 미나리 in it.
After you finish the soup, the waitress will, upon your request, fry the rice
in the soup and add eggs and 참기름, etc
and IT IS DELICIOUS!
